1 thing I'm sure of--if instead of a courtroom, this whole thing could be settled on a wrestling mat, it'd be over a lot faster!! I have a feeling if VTU's AD had to stand in vs. one of these kid's fathers, he'd be signing those release forms faster than a greyhound chasing a rabbit. As I understand it, the lawsuit could go either way. But, as you say, lonely, eventually these kids will be back where they belong-wearing a Hawkeye singlet and stomping some 'Clones and Goofers. knowing Virginia, and their courtrooms, they'll have some two-bit judge trying to recite the VIRGINIA code of laws, but not WHAT WAS originally written in stone.
